What can Cleaning Belfast do for me?

Do I have any say in the choice of cleaner?

Yes you do, if you wish. We vet all our cleaners in our database, and would be very happy for them to work in our own homes - for us this is our bench mark. However if there is anything you aren't happy with, we will try to change your cleaner until you are happy.

Can I change the cleaner after starting service?

Yes, you can. If for some reason you wish to change your cleaner, that won't be a problem.

What happens if the cleaner is sick or on holiday?

Everyone gets sick at some point, and everyone needs a holiday every now and again - even us! Should this occur, we will of course ensure your regular clean is maintained by another cleaner for that period wherever possible.

Can the cleaner use my equipment and products?

Absolutely. Our clients prefer their cleaner to use the products and equipment they have in their own home during a clean. For your peace of mind this is our standard policy.

What checks do you carry out on cleaners?

All our cleaners are personally vetted by us. We interview each prospective cleaner in their own home, and seek written references from referees. We also perform ID checks on the cleaner, checking for proof of address, photographic identification and national insurance checks where applicable. That's all before they even get on our database!

Will you visit me?

Yes, we always visit clients at the initial stage. It's essential that we listen to you and understand your requirements so we can tailor our service to you. It's also very helpful for us to get a visual on the property so we can see the scale of the task and requirements. This helps us provide the right cleaner for the job.

How long does it take to get a cleaner in my house?

This depends on a few factors, for instance: your location, the size of your property, the cleaning tasks to complete and any special requirements you may have. Typically, we would like to have things sorted out within two or three days to a week but in some circumstances it can take up to two weeks

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

No you do not. We recommend it is a good idea to be home during the first few visits, which builds up your rapport and trust with the cleaner, but this may not be possible for you. You have the control over the arrangement of who is in the property during the clean, and can change it as you wish directly with the cleaner.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Belfast, and operate across the city, but we also cover most of Northern Ireland, for example Holywood, Helen's Bay, Bangor, Donaghadee, Newtownards, Dundonald, Castlereagh, Dunmurry, Carryduff, Lisburn, Hillsborough, Banbridge, Newry, Newtownabbey, Carrickfergus, Ballyclare, Antrim, Ballymena and Coleraine. How do I pay?
